Circe from Generator Rex. Twilight Sparkle influenced winx.
I needed to do it. I don't know why. She would probably be the fairy of desception if she was herself.
But in this pic she is the fairy of Magic and Knowledge. The white symbol on her chocker necklace and blue on headband are Twilight Sparkle's cutie mark.
